Paul Guis

A lawyer to the Paris Bar, Paul Guis specializes in criminal law and litigation.

He co-founded Expert & Guis after having worked with Jacqueline Laffont, at the Haïk & Associés law firm. His previous experience includes Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in Paris.

Paul Guis regularly represents companies and individuals before the French courts. He has developed particular expertise in complex litigation, notably involving money laundering, tax fraud, and criminal seizures.

He is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (ADAP).

He works both in French and in English.

Before becoming a lawyer, Paul Guis was a teacher, ran an NGO in the field of education, and worked in economics in the public sector, in France and abroad.

Paul Guis holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Panthéon-Assas University, a diploma from the Grande école program at ESSEC, and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
